About Us
Personalised
We see the individual first. No cookie-cutter programs here—just responsive, respectful care.
Empowering
We equip families, educators, and communities with the tools to truly understand and support regulation, participation, and wellbeing.
Inclusive
We fight for spaces where every child and adult feels they belong—because they do.
Gain OT was founded by Samantha Crane, an OT who found her purpose not just in professional training but in parenting, advocating, and learning to support sensory profiles and needs. What started as one-on-one therapy quickly grew into a community-focused, heart-led practice built on three core values.
Our team includes passionate OTs, skilled Allied Health Assistants, and Teachers. Together, we blend evidence-based strategies with warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to honouring each person's nervous system, needs, and story.
Meet the Team:
Samantha – Occupational Therapist & Director. Passionate about neurodiversity, family-centred care, and empowering others through sensory-informed support.
Nikki – Allied Health Assistant. Creative, caring, and deeply connected to the children and families she supports.
Tim – Inclusive Education Teacher & Allied Health Assistant. Brings a unique understanding of classroom needs and learning differences into every session.
